Mycroboost Mushroom Coffee is made with organic mushrooms, ethically sourced from our amazing suppliers. As in all Mycroboost products, we exclusively use pure, organically grown fungi, grown by expert cultivators with decades of mycology experience.

Mycroboost Mushroom Coffee contains zero mycelium, grain, substrate or fillers. We use ONLY the fruiting bodies of the mushrooms. The fruiting body (a.k.a. the cap and stem 🍄) is like the orange on an orange tree. It provides the vast majority of the biocompounds, the beta-glucans, the minerals and all the other beneficial compounds that make fungi so good for us.

(There are ten times more beta-glucans in the fruiting body than in the mycelium, for example). We use fruiting bodies exclusively to maximize the beneficial compounds in each cup of coffee—no grains, no filler.

Though there are benefits in mycelium, we don’t use it because it’s difficult to separate the mycelium from the substrate (aka the soil) biomass.
