What Type of Roast?
Our dark roast blend of Guatemalan and Papua New Guinea 50/50 coffee is made with Alkaline (pH 8.0+) water and a dose of potassium without any preservatives or fillers.
Guatemala - Guatemalan coffees are known for their mild chocolate/cocoa flavors in the aftertaste. Often you will find a toffee flavor and a nutty aspect in the cup together with tropical fruits as well. The acidity is like that of green apples but on the bright side. Sometimes there is a floral note on the nose. Guatemalan coffees can have a full body often times.
Papa New Guinea - Coffee production in PNG dates back to 1926-1927 when the first Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee seeds were planted. The Coffee Research Institute claims that coffee was introduced to British Papua in 1890.
Made with Alkaline (pH8.0+) water - Why Alkaline?

What is Cinnilla?
Cinnilla is a functional flavor, we at Culture believe in food with purpose. We use certified organic extracts of both, Ceylon Cinnamon for its antiviral properties, and Vanilla for its plethora of benefits. The monk fruit extract we use is 0 in sugar but still tantalizes with a hint of sweetness, while also possibly helping reduce phlegm and help with sore throats.
