Matcha just means rubbed tea (mat: to rub, cha: tea). So we took the best organic stemless yerba we could find and pulverized it down to fine powder. Use this as a smoothie add or whisk it up like matcha with some steamed (alternative) milk. Its great on the go and goes down easier than the traditional stuff (we've been told).
